How business & energy management are deeply connected

Hi everyone, 

It's great to sit down on this warm afternoon & write to you. 

After this email is sent, I will jump into the ocean & let the waves purify my soul.

Right now, I’m so committed to energy cleanses.

As a sensitive person, I absorb others' energy. 

I went to a networking event on Friday - people's energy were like huge aura bubbles dousing me in their soul information.

Energy management is a delicate art.

Tending to ourselves, cultivating the light & discarding what is ‘not ours’ comes from guided meditations, energy cleanses, cord-cutting meditations, rage releases, burn ceremonies, Ho'oponopono, smudging & getting coached.

Otherwise, we carry with us the pain of others. We become tense, resentful & urgent. 

“Clarity is the elimination of mental clutter.
Agility is the elimination of physical clutter.
Tranquility is the elimination of spiritual clutter.”

As conscious people & business owners, we need to practice decluttering our mind, body & soul so we show up as our best selves.

Just last week I helped a client declutter pent-up emotional stress. This is what she said:

“Had a headache most of today thinking about this task. Came home, created the space, & playlist. Went for a swim. Got into it. A lot of anger about so many things. I was exhausted afterwards. So much hurt and sadness. Lots of tears. I was in the fetal position on my bed. Laid down on the lounge and listened to nature sounds repeating the mantra “I am safe”. Going for another swim soon.”

This same client then went on to a journaling session on what she really wanted & got crystal clear on her next business move.

When we are supported to purify our energy & discard what is ‘not ours’ - we get clear & take brave action.
