I was just chatting to the amazing Amy Luttrell about my recent choice to leave Instagram.

She asked me about my experience & what it feels like. 

It feels very spacious … almost too spacious.

Know why? 

Because I used likes, comments & DMs from Instagram as a sense of security.

“See. I am working. I’m always online. People are engaging. I am running a business. I am secure.”

… Yeah

The path that called me - and I know is calling you - requires a deepening of trust & faith in the belief: 

“I am abundantly taken care of when I trust & take action on my intuition & divine guidance.”

It means letting go of all the rules you “should” on yourself. 

It means not tolerating the expectations, opinions & voices of others. 

It means declaring & taking action on what lights your soul up.

It means doing the inner work so you are clear & God can thumbprint your soul with the next divine step of the blueprint of your destiny.

… Yeah

Get off your ass & back yourself. 

Questioning what you’re posting? 

Feeling deflated from posting? 

What your posting is flopping?

For me, it started with:

• Unfollowing people

• Going Live on Instagram 

• Deleting Instagram for 24 hours

• Reading good fiction books

• Journalling in a cafe 

• Buying new, nice & branded workout clothes

• Booking a conscious weekend retreat/getaway in nature

Your highest truth doesn’t need to “make sense”. It requires you to trust & take action.
