A permission slip to your wild spirit

To me, spirituality is a verb.

I am a Virgo. The symbol of a Virgo is harvesting wheat -  a very earthly sign - reaping what you sow. 

I often work with water signs - Cancer, Scorpio & Pisces - because I help bring their beautiful & inspiring ideas “down to earth” with grounded coaching.

When we are not in alignment with our Earthly Mission - our Dharma - we can feel it.

Signs you are out of alignment:

• Constant chatter in your mind

• Persistent low-level anxiety

• Thinking what you want to say but not voicing it

• Feeling there is never “enough” (time, money or opportunity)

• Numbing out with overeating, scrolling, binging, vaping, pornography

• Discounting your prices & overgiving for free

• Hyper independence instead of asking for what you need

• Lots of inspiring ideas but no clear direction to implement them

I am not here to tell you how to get back into alignment - you mostly know.

I am here to remind you that you have a divine mission. 

You have a great purpose.

God planted seeds of greatness within you. Are you watering them?

The most effective way to live your Earthly Mission is to be your most authentic self. 

When Michelangelo was asked, “How did you create the beautiful marble statue David?”

He said, “I carved away everything David was not, and he revealed himself”

Chipping away, letting go of, eliminating, unlearning, discarding & retiring all the things that are not you is the practice of authenticity. 

Being your authentic self leads you to belonging. 

I adore what Brene Brown says on this: 

“True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness.”

The standing-alone part always hits me.

You might be in a season of life where you’re standing alone in the wilderness not knowing where to turn. 

Turn within. Tend to your soul. Give yourself much more time for self-care.
