🤓 Working ON the biz, not IN the biz

Hey everyone,

I found this so funny … just a minute ago, I was tossing up whether to write this email or not.

I decided to pushbike to a cafe around the corner to grab a coffee. When I walk into the small space, there is a coach filming content with a full professional set up - lights, tripod camera, the works. I was like “Okay universe I hear you … how fitting”. As I picked up my coffee, I introduced myself to the person creating her content & asked for her Instagram. Her name is Ashleigh Boehm. Her bio reads: “A whole-human approach to achieving your best body that transforms you from the INSIDE OUT”

Follow the omens hey … cool!

Are you having serendipitous moments right now? What are you seeing? (You can reply to this email

So working ON the business means scaling up - which is when your revenue outpaces your costs. Cha-ching !!! 🤑

For most business owners, the biggest cost we spend is time. Working IN the business, not on it.

Sure - we might be making great money - but we are chained to our computers, writing emails, editing reels, replying to DMs and our attention is scattered.

I’m about more lifestyle than work.

We want that lifestyle baby … that life by desssssign ….

Satisfied clients & money rolling in while you're out living your life.

So the real questions for us are:

  1. Can I stop trading my time for money?

  2. Can I increase my sales without increasing my workload?

  3. Can I deliver a variety of services & be able to deliver outstanding results for all?

The simple answer - fuck yeah you can

How?! 😄

  1. Define what success looks & feel like for you

Personally - I keep my definition in my notes app. So when I feel I am falling into unhealthy comparison & getting myself down - I revisit it.

  1. Clarify a simple & smart product suite

Do you have a tiered product suite that onboards new clients & engages loyal ones? Does your services feel light & easy for you?

  1. Raise your prices

Imagine for a second - double your prices - how does that feel? What thoughts come up? Investigate them in your journal.

  1. Create a rinse & repeat marketing system

Marketing your brand becomes very easy when you have a rinse & repeat system. This saves you time, attracts clients & directs them to buy from you. I talk about this in more depth on my podcast episode: https://open.spotify.com/episode/1jJJkuyO9xlyYUmGGY5qOc?si=moVNSus1S8Kv65Lnax2c7Q

Remember: Create what YOU want to see in the world. You are the solution. When you have a clear vision & take small brave steps - your success is inevitable. Let’s get it.
